The places where combustible liquid fires may occur should use low-power foam fire extinguishing system.
(1) The places where fixed low-powered foam fire extinguishing system should be used
① A, B and flash point equal to or less than 90 ℃ of class C combustible liquids fixed top tank and floating disk for fusible materials within the floating roof tank.
② single tank volume equal to or greater than 500m3 of water-soluble combustible liquid storage tanks.
③ single tank volume equal to or greater than 10000m3 of non-water-soluble combustible liquid storage tanks.
④ A, B and flash point equal to or less than 90 ℃ of class C combustible liquids floating roof tank and floating disk for non-fusible materials within the floating roof tank; single tank volume equal to or greater than 50,000m3 of non-water-soluble combustible liquid storage tanks.
⑤ tank wall height equal to or greater than 7m or volume greater than 200m3 of non-water-soluble combustible liquid storage tanks and other mobile fire fighting facilities can not be effective protection of combustible liquid storage tanks.
(2) mobile foam fire extinguishing system can be used in the premises
① wall height of less than 7m or volume equal to or less than 200m non-water-soluble combustible liquid storage tanks.
② combustible liquid ground flow fire, oil pool fire.
③ lubricant storage tanks.
